I’ll admit it, I’m a fan of the short-doc profile video format. It’s relatively simple from a production standpoint, but gives you the opportunity to meet and work with a character, and sometimes get at more universal themes. I got to do it all on this one, directing, shooting, and editing.

That’s what we were going for with this short documentary profiling artist Amy Meissner, commissioned by the Anchorage Museum and the SEED Lab with support from the Bloomberg Foundation.
